We're a team of finance professionals, compliance experts, and software engineers building the future of FINTRAC reporting. Our mission is to make compliance automatic, accurate, and accessible for Canadian businesses.
Luke is a finance and compliance operator turned founder, building Comply+ to make FINTRAC reporting automatic and easy. As former CFO & CCO of Bitcoin Well (TSXV:BTCW) and current CFO & CCO to several Canadian MSBs, he's seen firsthand how clunky web forms and hard-to-integrate APIs slow teams down and increase risk.
Comply+ bridges that gap with workflow automation, database and CSV ingestion, and automatic FINTRAC report preparation so companies can launch and grow without tripping over compliance. Luke continues to lead treasury, reporting, compliance, and governance across multi-entity structures and advises multiple bitcoin-native and fintech firms under his fractional CFO firm Rockwell Advisory Group.
His focus is practical: reduce barriers to entry, improve reporting quality, and turn compliance from a blocker into an operational advantage.

Director of Product
James is an experienced product and operations leader with over eight years in product development, user experience, and business strategy. He first met Luke while working together at Bitcoin Well (TSXV), where James served as Director of Product and Senior Product Manager and Luke as CFO/CCO.
That collaboration laid the foundation for their work at Comply+, where James now oversees operations and execution, ensuring the platform scales smoothly while delivering measurable impact for clients. His career spans leadership roles across product management, solutions architecture, and business development at companies such as Ghostlab, Metalogic, Riva CRM, and Yardstick.
James holds certifications in Blockchain & Cryptocurrency and as a SAFeĀ® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, bringing both technical insight and strategic vision to his work.
